It’s the same old story you’ve heard a thousand times...

Welcome to our first real bonus round – now a week earlier to get everyone kicked off! For this round, the theme is fandom tropes, clichés and formulas.

If you have an idea for something you’d like to see, please leave a trope, the characters involved and any other details as a PROMPT below. Then read through everyone else’s prompts, and leave a FILL for any which catch your eye. They need not be long, but please put a little effort in – if anyone starts spamming this post for points, we’ll be able to tell.

You should place PROMPT/FILL, your current team affiliation and a brief summary in the comment title. For instance, a comment thread could run as follows.

PROMPT: Dean & Cas, purgatory fic (Team Castiel/Dean)
I’d like to see Dean and Castiel stuck in purgatory together.

FILL: Video, Blood Brother (Team Carver/Edlund)
Dean and Cas travel through purgatory with a vampire.

You will be awarded five points per prompt for the first five prompts you leave. The first three fills posted for each prompt will receive 15 points, the next three 10 points, and the next three 5 points. Prompts with ten or more fills will no longer receive fill points.

You can post prompts or fills for any ship this round, including gen/platonic ones (which should be indicated with an & symbol as above). However, you may not fill your own prompt. We also encourage people not to fill prompts from their teammates, although the points will not be deducted if you do.

Since this bonus round isn’t entirely scheduled, it will be running parallel to Bonus Rounds 0 and 1 – that is to say, BR0 is still open! This extra round will end when the first main round prompt is released.

Remember, Team Chuck can participate in bonus rounds, and if you change teams, points earned will transfer with you until the main round one prompt is released. Entry to bonus rounds is individual, and every team member enters separately.

PROMPT: Jess/Sam, family reunion (Team Jess/Sam)

What if the first time Dean and Jess met wasn't in the pilot? Dean is in the Stanford area on a hunt, and decided to pay Sam a visit and attempt to mend some bridges. Jess is glad for the chance to meet Sam's family, but she is in no mood for bullshit and she'll be damned if anyone's going to give Sam a hard time after all he went through to live his own life. (she can either be aware of The Family Business or not, author's choice)
